We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days at info@balobarefoot.com. We’ll guide you through the return process.
Order Cancellation
We can only cancel your order before it has been shipped. The typical processing time before dispatch is 1-2 business days. If your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it yourself.
Return Eligibility
Your item should be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balobarefoot.com. Upon approval, we’ll email you a return shipping label and provide instructions for shipping. Please note, we cannot accept items returned without a prior return request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
